Week of 12/14-12/18

This week we continued with motion diagrams and force diagrams. We will be having a test on Tuesday and we are just pretty much reviewing. With the force diagrams we started more with having left and right arrows not just up and down. The force of the earth and the force of us. But, for one example we used for this week was pushing on a shopping cart. So theirs the force of the ground pushing up the earth going down. And the force of one person pushing right and the other pushing left. Still we complied charts and graphs with the force and motion diagrams. We also learned that greater mass less acceleration and lesser the mass greater the acceleration. And also greater force is with greater acceleration and visa versa with the less force andless acceleration. The last thing we wrapped up with this week was we continued with what's the unbalanced force and thats the force that is greater then the other force.

The real world application for this week was like I said before you can push on one side of a cart to one direction and the other side your other friend could be pushing with greater force. You can express that in newtons and in a force diagram.
